This year, at the Salon du Dessin 2021, Artur Ramon Art will present a selection of antic, modern and contemporary drawings, mainly from Spanish and Italian schools. Drawings from the 17th – 18th centuries include the works of Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, Antonio del Castillo, the Eugenio Lucas Velázquez series, the sheets of Luca Giordano, Ciro Ferri and Giovanni Battista Caracciolo.
Among the modern and contemporary drawings, outstand the works of Marià Fortuny, Antoni Tàpies and Sean Scully.
We are also especially excited to present the new series by the twins Josep and Pere Santilari, masters of drawing. After the vanitas and still lifes made in recent years, the artists now pay homage to the great masters of art history such as Jacques-Louis David, Francisco de Goya, Leonardo da Vinci, and so on.
